The first phase
- Interview: in a personal conversation with you or on the phone, together we will clarify your needs and desires.
- Searching for and creating an appropriate profile of the candidate for the client and the proposal of the desired employer for the candidate.
Second phase
- Constant contact on the exchange of supply and demand between the employer and the candidate.
- If the employer expresses interest, we will be happy to arrange an interview first in the form of a telephone conversation, and then a trial work (observation) at he location of the employer.
The third phase
