Our work process
Interview: in a personal conversation with you or on the phone, together we will clarify your needs and desires.
Searching for and creating an appropriate profile of the candidate for the client and the proposal of the desired employer for the candidate.
Constant contact on the exchange of supply and demand between the employer and the candidate.
If the employer expresses interest, we will be happy to arrange an interview first in the form of a telephone conversation, and then a trial work (observation) at he location of the employer.
If both parties show mutual interest and suitability, we will organize the signing of employment contracts and other formalities for employment.
